Over eight weeks, alongside normal operations, participants develop a deeper understanding of the affluent traveller, value-based pricing, the end-to-end guest journey, and the international networks where luxury travel is booked. Designed for the Nordic market, with international standards applied, the programme is relevant for professionals in customer-facing, administrative, and leadership roles across the travel industry — from transport companies, hotels, and restaurants to activity providers and destination experiences. Each cohort is limited to fifty participants and concludes with formal certification.
